Our Guarantee
We guarantee the build quality, craftsmanship, and durability of every product. Each item is constructed to meet the highest standards of structural integrity and performance.
Understanding Expectations
Because appearance is often a matter of personal taste, we take great care to help customers understand what their finished product will look like. To assist with this, we provide:
- 3D design renderings
- Reference images and drawings
- Stain and finish samples (as requested)
These tools are intended to set clear expectations and give you confidence in your order before production begins.
Limitations of Guarantee
While we guarantee the quality and durability of our work, we cannot guarantee subjective opinions regarding whether the finished piece perfectly matches what a customer “hoped for.” Personal perception of style, color, or design can vary.
A simple "change of mind" or dissatisfaction based solely on appearance does not release a customer from financial responsibility for the completed product. All orders remain payable in full as agreed.
Dispute Resolution
In the rare event of a dispute concerning subjective satisfaction, M2 Furniture Co. reserves the right to determine how to proceed. Any resolution, remake, or adjustment will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
We value your trust and business, and our goal is always to create furniture that you will be proud to own for years to come.

Return Policy
The following applies to all products that are NOT manufactured by M2 Furniture Co.: retail
products, consumables etc., and Imported Lumber or Wood.
If you are not satisfied with an item/product after purchase and the product is NOT defective or damaged, M2 Furniture Co. is not obligated to offer a refund or exchange of product. However, we take pride in having the highest level of satisfied customers and will do everything that is fair and suitable to rectify any level of dissatisfaction. It is at the discretion of only the store managers to assess the situation and determine the best means to resolve any customer dissatisfaction issues. In some instances, may offer store credit in exchange of cash refund. For any item valued over $500 we may charge as restocking fee up to 20%.
Manufacturer Warranty Info
The following Limited Warranty is given only to the original retail purchaser, subject to all the terms and conditions below. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable:
M2 Furniture Co, subject to all the limitations and exclusions described in these Limited
Warranties, warrants manufactured products and parts against material manufacturing defects for the duration of 1 year.
General
This Limited Warranty does not apply to (i) merchandise that was, at any time, used as a floor sample or display model, (ii) any merchandise purchased “as is” or second-hand. All warranties, whether express or implied, cover only normal household usage. No warranty, express or implied, applies to any condition resulting from misuse, abuse, delivery or transportation damage, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care. This Limited Warranty is null and void if furniture has been moved from original point of delivery to consumer.
Solid Wood Furniture – Wood Movement
For solid-wood furniture, “wood movement” refers to the natural expansion and contraction of wood due to seasonal humidity changes in the environment; even the best temperature and humidity-controlled environments will experience changes due to external conditions. Wood movement occurs across the grain and
the amount and direction will vary based on the size of the wood panel, grain direction and the wood species.
All furniture by M2 Furniture Co. is built to minimize the effects of wood movement although some may still occur and may not necessarily be considered a defect. For concerns of quality due to wood movement contact M2 Furniture Co for assessment.
Finish
The Limited Warranty on “Finishes and all Other Furniture Products” does not cover (i) damages resulting from excessive soiling, deep scratches from abuse, improper or unapproved cleaning methods, (ii) fading or other damages resulting from exposure to sunlight, (iii) damages resulting from household humidity, or (iv) damages resulting from any liquid, including but not limited to alcohol and water. CAUTION: Any use of improper or unapproved cleaning methods voids all warranties
Modifications to Products
This Limited Warranty do not apply to any products that have been altered by any person, dealer, or company without the express written authorization of M2 Furniture Co.
Repairs and Replacements
In the event of an approved Limited Warranty claim, M2 Furniture Co. will determine best method for repair. Some minor repairs may be requested to be performed onsite, major repairs will need to be performed at an approved facility. If items need to be moved offsite for repair, M2 Furniture Co. will arrange for transportation to and from repair facility. M2 Furniture Co. is not financially responsible for any negative impact due to the temporary loss of use of items throughout the repair process.
